If any of these apply, please contact us at llalaloe.company@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items within a week after receiving the delivery and we’ll sort that out for you as quickly as possible.
Handmade products
RETURNS: When ordering handmade products, be aware that the international return offices require a fee ranging from 8.9€ - 70€ for a valid return slip. This fee changes with inflation and depends on where you live in the world. Return fees are payed by the customer.
- CUSTOMS & UNEXPECTED FEES -
Depending on where you live in the world, there may be local customs on importing international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
- WHERE IS MY ORDER? -
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: • Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number and track your order on your local delivery website/app.
• Check your shipping confirmation email for mistakes in the delivery address.
• Ask your local post office if they have your package.
• Call or email your local delivery agent/courier to see if they have registered your package and can track it locally.
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at @llalaloe.company@gmail.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.
