The story of the brand
The night of November 6th, 2021, 01:38, 23 years old, my passion for creativity became stronger than my doubts, so I grabbed my laptop and created a webbshop by the candellight & by the morning my small business was born. Starting as a goal of a website with 100 products, it in no time turned into thousends of produts. As this is spinning faster and faster I have to stop and pinch myself every once in a while.

It's crazy to think that if I had not found @iamsahararose´s Highest Self Podcast and found my Dharma, Llalaloe Company would maybe not exist. But HERE WE ARE!

PODS
When you are buying a POD product, you are buying the design from Llalaloe Company and the product from the POD service. The product is manufactured with the design, controlled and shipped by the POD service. In the product descriptions you'll find if your products are manufactured by Printful, Printy6 or are handmade. If you are experiencing issues or have any questions send an email to llalaloe.company@gmail.com.
Printful - SHIPPING
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fullfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
🌎 USA: 3–4 business days 🌍 Europe: 6–8 business days 🌏 Australia: 2–14 business days 🌏 Japan: 4–8 business days 🌎 International: 10–20 business days
Printy6 - SHIPPING
Usually, the shipping time is 7-13 days, but depending on where you live in the world shipping can take up to 20 days.
ACCEPTABLE RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND REQUESTS
Refunds are only offered to customers that
• Receive the wrong items
• Receive damaged items
• Packages lost in transit
If any of these apply, please contact us at llalaloe.company@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items within a week after receiving the delivery and we’ll sort that out for you as quickly as possible.
Handmade - SHIPPING
All handmade products are shipped worldwide (without shipping from manufacture location to warehouse) directly to you. The products are shipped with minimal amount of packaging, avoiding plastic to the greatest extent possible to not waste natures recourses and prevent contributing to landfills. All handmade products are shipped from Sweden. The items will be shipped within 7 days if nothing else is announced.
RETURNS:
When ordering handmade products, be aware that the international return offices require a fee ranging from 8.9€ - 70€ for a valid return slip. This fee changes with inflation and depends on where you live in the world. Return fees are payed by the customer.

- WHERE IS MY ORDER? -
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
• Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number and track your order on your local delivery website/app.
• Check your shipping confirmation email for mistakes in the delivery address.
• Ask your local post office if they have your package.
• Call or email your local delivery agent/courier to see if they have registered your package and can track it locally.
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at @llalaloe.company@gmail.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.
